Coating applies electrostatic painting; front coating thickness is not less than 60¦Ìm; front surface is cream and applies once i***ct briquetting, but not intermittent turnover process; face sheet has enough levering and stress release production process, with main specifications of 600mm¡Á600mm, 300mmx1200mm and 600mmx1200mm. Sheet flange height is 22 mm, with such features as flat without mark, and splicing without seam, simultaneously with strong fire proof, corrosion proof, moisture proof functions. Adhesion is up to Grade 0. Paint film hardness is more than HB. I***ct resistance is more than 4N.M. As for acid resistance, it can be dipped in 2% hydrochloric acid solution for 24H without any change. As for alkali resistance, it will not vary for 24H. As for oil resistance, it will not vary for 24H. |
